In case of emergency (respiratory, circulatory or severe trauma) a home visit does not make sense because it would lack the appropriate equipment to perform an emergency act to save their lives. In such case it is imperative that you go as soon as possible to an emergency room veterinarian. We do not carry out veterinary ambulance service for emergencies.
All home visits that require a more detailed and complex professional intervention than originally foreseen will be redirected to a structure that can respond with the professionals, medical care and equipment required.
